USCCR Briefing on Anti-Asian Discrimination

Yapp spoke before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Comments were made on discrimination against Asians in education, particularly affirmative action at elite schools. Near the end of the day, Staff Director Mauro Morales informed participants that race preferences in admissions were outside the discussion scope, as liberal members of the Commission voted not to include that topic during this briefing on Anti-Asian racism.
